1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to Metric CRM, a recruitment workspace for motor carriers and hiring teams. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

2. The service

Metric CRM provides tools to capture, organize, and manage driver applicants, including pipeline tracking, communications, documents, and related workspace settings. Features may change as the product evolves.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your workspace. Organization administrators control seats, roles, and permissions for their team.

4. Customer data

Applicant and workspace data belong to the recruiting organization that submitted or imported them. Metric CRM processes that data to provide the service and does not sell applicant records. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access another organization's data, interfere with service operation, or use Metric CRM in violation of applicable law or third-party terms (including Meta, telephony, or payment providers you connect).

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen events may affect availability.
